If you have some or many years of experience, our Tuesday class is open to intermediate level capoeristas.
It is held at the Sharrow Community Forum 7pm - 9pm

Monthly Roda
We run a monthly roda every 2nd Saturday of the month at the which is open to all groups and all styles.
The roda is held in a private residence so please contact Jamie for more info.
